Job Responsibilities:
• Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails to assist customer requests.
• Create and maintain customer warranty claims from start to finish.
• Provide tech support to any customer inquiries.
• Submit orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly issues.
• Track trends of customer complaints, tech calls & service issues.
• Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Required Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, usage, and applications.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative & organizational skills
• Familiarity with office software and phone systems
