Winches
Code 23 means the rope is tangled. You will need to untangle it. There are two ways to untangle the rope.
Hook it on to something sturdy and walk backward keeping tension on the rope as you let it out.
Take the cover off and untangle the rope.
This sounds like you have a bad solenoid. You need to replace it. Please send an email to info@milemarker.com and our customer service team will be able to direct you to the correct replacement part.
Email info@milemarker.com with your winch model. If you do not know the model number please send a picture of your winch so we can identify it and send you a list of all the parts.
Email info@milemarker.com with your request. Send a picture of your winch. Depending on how old the winch is you might need a solenoid conversion kit and a 4-pin hand controller.
Hubs
There may be an issue with the timing of the cap and base assembly. Please reference our youtube video to properly time your hubs.
According to the hub guide you would need to purchase our Nut conversion kit part number 95-32720. You can purchase the kit here. You will need to remove all your OEM equipment and replace it with the conversion kit then they will fit.
Reach your hand around and adjust the angle of your stub shaft and they will slide right in.

Rhino Pull FAQS
Yes, you can. They will not interfere with each other’s signal. Each remote is programed to its own Rhino Pull 1000ᵀᴹ.
Yes, we can. There might be additional chargers for shipments going to either Alaska or Hawaii.

It comes with one remote that you can use either has a wired remote or you can set it up to be wireless.
The rope for the Rhino Pull 1000ᵀᴹ is 39 feet of synthetic rope.
