Works as described, used for pulling large trees from ditch
The snatch block casting is marked 4 1/2 ton WLL.
This is not usable as a 30 000lb snatch block in an industrial setting where we are trained to respect the WLL on all winching / hoisting / lifting components.
Built strong, looks great, im sure it will last a long time!
I had an issue with one of my hubs being a bit sticky and upon contacting Mile Marker...they were very quick to respond and agreed to replace the hubs immediately.
I received replacements within a week !

After re configuring my MM winch it fit perfectly. It would be useful to understand how hoses and connectors should be configured so the winch and mount can be removed
I bought a set of lockouts for my f250 ford pickup. After engaging for the 3rd time one side wouldn't disengage. I contacted motormile and they gave me the runaround without helping me with the problem. I wouldn't recommendmotor mile products or their rude customer service 😒
Easy install and they look good but time will tell. Still a little confused on the no greasing part? I did coat everything with a little 3 in one oil. Also no real instructions on the tabs that came with it so I left them off.
I have been impressed by the battery lifespan and the speed of the portable winch. It's great to have a tool that can do so much!
