I absolutely love my custom colored wireless 12k Winch! I had mine done in a matching pink to my vehicle and I am so impressed! Looks great and was an easy install!

First, Mile Marker is a solid, professional product. I've owned 3 over the years with no complaints although I'll let those who use them every day sing those praises. I'll speak to the great service I received when I made a mistake ordering one. I ordered online after hours, then realized I didn't click the right option when I did it. I called first thing when they opened. We shared a laugh, the representative made a phone call to the shipping manager, and everything was fixed with no delay getting my new SEC15 out. That's personal service the way it is supposed to work! Mile Marker will now be the only brand I use or recommend. Many thanks and well done!

I was installing a front winch on my HMMWV in addition to my rear winch. Customer service was on the ball, JR in tech support ABSOLUTELY went above and beyond helping me with the knowledge I needed for the installation. Great winches and the people behind the product are just simply stellar!

Love this winch!

Great service!! Quick delivery!

I have been impressed by the battery lifespan and the speed of the portable winch. It's great to have a tool that can do so much!

Easy install and they look good but time will tell. Still a little confused on the no greasing part? I did coat everything with a little 3 in one oil. Also no real instructions on the tabs that came with it so I left them off.

1st battery only lasted 4 months after only several uses. Hope this battery is better than the previous…

I bought a set of lockouts for my f250 ford pickup. After engaging for the 3rd time one side wouldn't disengage. I contacted motormile and they gave me the runaround without helping me with the problem. I wouldn't recommendmotor mile products or their rude customer service 😒

After re configuring my MM winch it fit perfectly. It would be useful to understand how hoses and connectors should be configured so the winch and mount can be removed

New control switch works great. Fast service!!

I had an issue with one of my hubs being a bit sticky and upon contacting Mile Marker...they were very quick to respond and agreed to replace the hubs immediately. I received replacements within a week ! Great Company and super service from Doug !! Thanks Mile Marker

Built strong, looks great, im sure it will last a long time!

very good very happy

The snatch block casting is marked 4 1/2 ton WLL. This is not usable as a 30 000lb snatch block in an industrial setting where we are trained to respect the WLL on all winching / hoisting / lifting components.

Works as described, used for pulling large trees from ditch

We have the Rhino Pull and absolutely love it. It's become the favorite tool among our service technicians. We had an issue with our Rhino Pull (totally our fault). Contacted Mile Marker and had the needed parts in hand within 2 days. They totally standby what they sell. Doug is awesome!

Great service received product quickly!

Love your product. Website not so much.

Bought to replace my damaged set and these were a direct fit, and installation instructions were great. Would recommend as replacements or upgrades.

Mile Marker makes some KICK-ASS products.

Remote installed on Rescue truck for Grenada County MS. Works great. Have 3 MM hydraulic winches in use. 2 in fire/rescue service and 1 personal. Very pleased.

Recently I made a mistake and received the wrong hub locks. I have a 96 F250 7.3 Ext Cab, Dana 50 frt diff. I went over the return date. (Out of town aviation contract). Doug at MM threw me a bone, undeservedly, set me up with the correct hubs at no extra cost. Rare, good, cus srv. This is my 4th set, all different rides. They refuse to break and I do not treat them kindly. Easily best bang for the buck and then some. As good or better than Warn. At 50 years of driving I know what quality is. Been a mechanic 40 yrs now.

Contacted support in reference to our portable winch. Josh helped me with getting a warranty replacement ASAP. New winch works great old winch was kept for spare parts which comes in handy when most places have you return old products. Shipping was covered and quick. Looking forward to getting the mounted winch for our side by in the future.

I had a fitment issue with a set of locking hubs I purchased. The customer service was quick and very helpful. They replaced my set at no extra charge. The hubs are good quality and I look forward to using them.

This is an excellent back assisted device. I have even used it for a handicap assist for a family member. This has very thoughtful features for ease of use and for a DIY person and a must for any residential and repair contractor.

If your interested in having a winch attached to your vehicle, a hitch receiver and this mount will do the trick. No need to change out your bumpers, just attach the winch to the Cradle Winch Mount for Trucks/SUV, slide it into your receiver, and your good to go. Great piece of off-roading equipment at a fantastic price. And if you have two receivers - one front, one rear - you have double the pulling. Just move it front or back.

I purchased this winch and accessories for my husband. We are both very impressed with the field kit. The storage crate it comes in is amazing (wheels, extendable handle, deep foam cutouts for each item). And the winch and its accessories are very sturdy and well crafted. This was a good purchase! My thanks to Doug and Shaun who were very helpful in processing my order and promptly resolving a shipping/payment issue (not caused by Mike Marker).

I bought a pair of manual locking hubs off of Amazon for my Explorer. They seem to be good quality of a build but on my first trip using them, one of them failed. I reached out to the customer service and they shipped me two new hubs for free. Very pleased with the customer service of this company and stand by their product. Will definitely being going with mile marker products in the future.

Fast delivery and part fit great I would order for you guys again in future 😊

This kit is awesome. From the layout of the foam inserts packing everything in a logical order and the different items were easy to find. The case it is in is very tough so will last on the trail use. As always with Mile Marker gear is very easy to use and great designs. Definitely a 5 star.

Customer service is on point from diagnostics to sales. Thanks for making my life easier.

The part was exactly as planned, top notch service and speedy delivery! I'll use again!

installation was easy and operation is normal. This is my first time with synthetic line so i don't have an opinion on that yet. I will say that the Wireless remote while it works good is not as precise as the manual switch especially when just bumping the unit to take up slack ect..

Love the portability!

I recently received a defective hub which was purchased through a third party. the company policy states I would have to pay shipping costs on the replacement. After reviewing the situation the rep told me it was clear to them the part was damaged in manufacturing. They waived all fees and sent a new hub. This whole exchange happened in less than 12 hours! I could be happier, thanks mile marker (and Doug in particular!)!!!!

Perfect

I have had my Mile Marker low pressure winch for almost 11 years and have been pleased with it. I have been through the US, Mexico and Canada in all weather conditions and with every use it has not failed me. I would definitely buy another winch from MM again.

This was a replacement for the one had before tat had gotten pretty ratty. Good Quality and fit.

Had to send ot back. Would not fit on my steel bumper

Use this to put a Seadoo Spark in and out of the water off a 4 foot sea wall with a ramp system. Awesome.

I'm 74 years old, I'm still helping others move furniture and appliances. I put a D-ring on the bed of my dump trailer, to connect the Rhino 1000 to. I used to try and find others to help load the trailer. I no longer need to do this because I use the Rhino wench and trailer ramps for loading. It not only saves time, but it also saves my back and best of all, its alot saver handling heavy loads with control.

I never hit the trails without it!

I received my locking Hubs and am very happy with the purchase!

Excellent product. Sturdy, well constructed, Rady installation.

The Mile Market battery should have the same warranty capability as the RIDGID battery powered tools.

I like the length of the cable but the warranty on the unit should be longer and the battery with a warranty as good as RIDGID battery powered tools!

Great kit!

This thing will come in handy!

My husband likes it. He has been looking for one for a while and I decided it was time to get it before hunting season starts.

Item had enough hardware to install. Used a MetalCloak winch plate. Mounted perfect on plate. I see someone else complained about it not fitting the JT Gladiator. All I have to add is the passenger side nut needs to go on prior to bolting the winch down since the 15,000lb unit is big. The winch needs to be bolted down after the original Steel Jeep bumper is installed. It can be bolted in without modification to the bumper but I decided to make some bumper weight reduction holes on 2 spots that get covered half way by the bottom cover. That makes it super easy to access the bolts with bumper on.

needed a big winch for a truck that weighs 9500 lbs empty... so the SEC18 was the choice. I had to fabricate a suitable winch mount however im very pleased with the finished product...

Owned a Sec9500 for just over a year. Ran into some issues with it due to only my own misuse. When I contacted mile marker for some help I was blown away by what and how the customer service department and company took care of me and my dilemma. Few people put an importance on great customer service until you really need it. Customer for life. Thank you

I am really happy with the winch I purchased . I would recommend this to a friend.

Lady went above & beyond to get me fixed up. Wish more companies cared about their customers & products like this! Thank you, Greg

This gets the job done. I highly recommend!

I've had this shackle mount for years and have used it on many occasions to pull myself out or assisting others. It does not mar the surface and the contact is directly with the line ( I deep bury my line with and lock stitch, per Samson 12 strand class 2 eye splice), so there is no pin or failure point and leaves it all to the line. I have a shackle connected to it at all times as my recovery point connection. It's simple, affordable and gets the job done and not like the fancy ones being marketed that have stress points.
