Return/Refund Policy

At Mile Marker, we prioritize delivering exceptional products. Our return policy extends beyond addressing defects or shipping-related issues. We strive to make the return process simple and straightforward.

Mile Marker offers a 60 day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your items to request a return.

Items returned outside of Mile Marker's control may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges.

Initiate a return by contacting us at info@milemarker.com. with a copy of your receipt and a detailed message. Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where and how to send your package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

To obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) contact us at 954-782-0604 or email info@milemarker.com referencing your order number.

Please note, no returns will be accepted without an RGA number.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, inspect the items promptly. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right

    Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

    Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for Custom colored products, sale items or gift cards.

      Exchanges

      To expedite the process and ensure you receive what you desire, return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

      Refunds

      Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
