Where do you ship?
We currently only ship Mile Marker Products to the Continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
If you reside in Alaska or Hawaii you can find our products at our Authorized Retailers.
How much is shipping?
The shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The shipping price will vary depending on the speed chosen & with different carriers at checkout.
When do you ship?
If item is in stock, we ship orders within 1-3 business days.
If item is out of stock, we will notify customer and ship your order when the item(s) are back in stock.
If item is drop-shipped, we will send tracking information once we receive notice of shipment.
Products customized in color will take an additional 4-6 weeks to ship.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
We typically ship within 1-3 business days from our warehouse in Pompano Beach, FL. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, it depends on the carrier selected at checkout.
Custom Shop products take an additional 4-6 weeks for production prior to shipping. Please factor this in when choosing a shipping speed at checkout.
What happens if my item gets damaged?
Any shipping-related damages must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product. Please send a photo of the damaged outer box to info@milemarker.com.
